Scope: New construction DADU spec home

Location: Kirkland, WA

FHS was brought on to work with LinMak to bring this home to life and give it a competitive edge against the surrounding real estate options. Our role included developing CAD generated floor plans, interior elevations, lighting plan, and flooring transition plan. We were also charged with choosing all of the decorative electrical fixtures, plumbing fixtures, interior and exterior paint colors, and hard surface materials. The palette was kept neutral with moments of high contrast in an effort to appeal to a wide audience. Despite it being a tough market, this home secured an offer and went pending in less than a month of going live.
